Go VoxBox Review

I was lucky enough to receive the Go Vox Box from Influenster! This was definitely my favorite Vox Box yet! This is the biggest amount of product I’ve received from them and I also really enjoyed all of these products as well.

PRO FOOT Triad Orthotic

I am horrible to my feet. I wear the most improper shoes imaginable. No support, heels, sandals like pieces of paper. Just awful all the time to my feet. I have bunions which cause me pain. I have calluses which are ugly. And I run countless miles every week.

I tried this orthotic with my typical $15 Payless flats that I wear to work every day…and I literally felt like I was walking on clouds. I left the house feeling like a million bucks. I couldn’t imagine the difference this product has made on my life.

And you can even get this product for as low as $5 at Walmart!!! That makes it affordable enough to buy one for (almost!) every paid of shoes I own!! Can’t wait to get a pair for my sneakers and favorite heels! So affordable – especially compared to other products out on the market that I have tried.

ProFoot Pedi-Rock

The boyfriend tried this product before I did! I was out one day and he texted me telling me that he tried this. Very funny!  He did like it but his feet aren’t that callausey so he doesn’t need to use it often.

This product is very soft like it says and does remove a decent amount of dead skin. However my feet are pretty awful and it only scratched the surface of my calluses. It did leave those areas decently smooth though!

Vitamin Shoppe Next Step Meal Replacement Shakes

I am always looking to try new meal replacement drinks since I am always on the go and looking for things that I can eat quickly and are also semi healthy. I received samples of this powder in Fresh Berries, Swiss Chocolate and Vanilla. All 3 of them tasted pretty decent – nothing overly amazing to rave about flavor wise. The powder didn’t dissolve very well but I’m really not great at that in general. I felt like I mixed and shook the bottle for a long while and still was getting clumps.

The packet specifically says this is a meal replacement that helps “reduce hunger and cravings” – I was seriously starving after I had the vanilla shake. Hunger wasn’t so bad after the other two flavors though, but I definitely didn’t make it through until a next meal without having a snack .

Vitamin Shoppe Next Step Shaker Bottle

This bottle was seriously cute. It looks small but it really holds a lot. Love the colors. I did not like the spout though! The opening where you are supposed to drink out of is way too big and awkward to drink out of.

Aqua Spa Relax Body Creme

Surprisingly this was my favorite item in the box! I’ve tried countless lotions and this one is seriously great. Smells amazing. Use a dime sized amount and it is good for your whole leg! A little goes a long way. Not greasy but definitely a good lotiony feel that lasts all day. I was so surprised! Would definitely buy this lotion again.

Blue Diamonds Blueberry Flavored Almonds

The boyfriend’s favorite product. He almost couldn’t wait for me to take a picture before he devoured the entire package. He let me try 1 or 2 of them and they were pretty good. Pretty pricey but there are coupons for Blue Diamonds products from time to time. I would buy again if I could get a good price.

*I received these products free for testing purposes from Influenster. All opinions are my own.

20140218-072308.jpgIt really felt so freeing getting to Target the morning after Valentine’s Day. 20140210-171801.jpgI also got these new flavored OREOS free from OREO this week! They were giving away 20,000 of them via their Twitter page and I was fast enough to get one! This is horrendous for my diet, but very delicious.

Also, the most horrible thing occurred. I left my coupon binder in NJ this weekend!! So no couponing for me until I can meet up with my mom and get it back. Could be a goner for the rest of the month sadly 😦

Back At It At CVS

Feeling good after having two good weeks of couponing in a row! Thanks to the people I follow on Instagram who spotted the Axe body wash & deodorant on clearance…because they were NOT marked clearance at mine!!

Couponing in 2014

I got this awesome email from CVS last week. Look how much money I saved at CVS last year!! All that free money! To be in the top 13% of savers in only my first real year of couponing feels really good.

Truthfully I haven’t been finding many great deals in 2014. I did find some really great Christmas clearance finds at CVS a few weeks ago that will be great for my present closet I am starting.

My mom has had a present closet for as long as I can remember and I think it is a really great and practical idea. Always good to have gifts on hand for last minute presents or just presents you got at a really great price!

I picked up some things over Christmas and post Christmas that I got amazing deals on that will be perfect presents down the line!

This Week’s Haul: It’s not much but I’m getting back into it!
