ICED PUMPKIN LATTE PROTEIN SHAKE!

It is officially September. So it is officially acceptable to pumpkinize everything! You better believe I’m not stopping at my morning coffee! I’m spreading this to my after workout protein shake as well!

I bring you, THE ICED PUMPKIN LATTE PROTEIN SHAKE!!!!!

  • Pumpkin K Cup. Can be coffee/latte/cappuccino. I just ordered these off Amazon. Super easy.
  • Vanilla protein powder or casein. I used casein because that is what I had on hand in vanilla.
  • Splash of sugar free pumpkin spice creamer
  • Splash of cinnamon

photo 2Step #1. Brew your pumpkin coffee/latte/cappuccino. Preferably in a pretty Lilly Pulitzer mug.

photo 3Step 2: Pour coffee/latte/cappuccino into your ninja/blender. Add ice, vanilla protein powder, splash of sugar free pumpkin creamer. BLEND BABY BLEND.

photo(7)Step 3: Poor back into your pretty Lilly Pulitzer coffee travel mug & garnish with cinnamon. So delicious. Can also be made hot by omitting the ice cubes in the blending process.
