I bring you, THE ICED PUMPKIN LATTE PROTEIN SHAKE!!!!!
- Pumpkin K Cup. Can be coffee/latte/cappuccino. I just ordered these off Amazon. Super easy.
- Vanilla protein powder or casein. I used casein because that is what I had on hand in vanilla.
- Splash of sugar free pumpkin spice creamer
- Splash of cinnamon
Step #1. Brew your pumpkin coffee/latte/cappuccino. Preferably in a pretty Lilly Pulitzer mug.
