Sloppy Joe Biscuits

My boyfriend and I love these awesome little sloppy joe biscuits!  If I don’t have ground beef on hand I have even made them with tomato sauce and cheese – pizza biscuits!  Both are delicious and really easy to make.

  • 1/2 lb ground meat
  • 1 jar sloppy joe sauce
  • 1 package of Pillsbury Grands biscuits

Step 1:  Brown your meat and stir in sloppy joe sauce.

Step 2: Open Pillsbury Grands biscuits and separate the tops and bottoms.  I flattened mine out and pressed them into a muffin tin.

Step 3: Spoon the sloppy joe mixture into the crevice.  Be careful not to overfill!  Mine took 1-1/2 spoonfuls.  I always have some left over.

Step 4: Place on the top of the biscuits.  Try to press the edges together nicely to get a good closure.

Step 5: Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (follow package directions)).  Enjoy!

Fresh out of the oven – golden brown & delicious!
